The Portage Lakes Disc Golf Association (PLDGA) seeks to maintain and oversee maintenance of the Portage Lakes Disc Golf Course (PLDGC) and to promote course development and beautification. Within that process, our desire is to sustain the local environs and to show respect and appreciation for our natural resources. We also strive to encourage the growth and awareness of and to generally promote the sport of disc golf in our community by hosting and supporting leagues, events, clinics and tournaments. Sportsmanship, integrity and just plain fun is our credo. We seek to be a viable part of the community, and to work in conjunction with The Portage Lakes State Park, local governments, businesses, organizations, and individuals to support and help the PLDGC thrive.
Check out our beautiful new bridge. This is in place between hole #15 basket and hole #16 tee. It was devised and constructed by Dakota Smith. He is a boyscout with troop 118. This was done as his Eagle project. It turned out great.
